About

Eel River Pottery is my pottery and painting studio, situated on The Eel River in Plymouth, MA. It is a little slice of heaven where the view is constantly changing.

I make functional pottery, both wheel thrown and hand built. A lot of what I make draws from nature. I like the repetitive patterns carved into the sand by the ocean and the perfect forms of seashells. the ever-changing sky plays a big part in my watercolor paintings as well.

Vintage linen is another thing I like to use as a texture. My mother had an endless supply of linen, and I buy handmade linens when I travel.

Rustic signs, resin chess sets, and silk screening all play a part in what I do here.

Thanks for stopping by.
